All orders are to be processed and shipped out by 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time, from the Reo-Smart facility in Chino, CA, the same or next business day that it was received. Upon receiving the order, we may send a separate confirmation E-mail to you to double check and confirm quantity, product, and color. If you are subject to receive this E-mail, please proceed with reviewing your order. If there is no corrections needed, please note that no response will be required, we will proceed to ship the next business day. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed or order that needs to be cancelled, please contact and notify us immediately prior to shipping.

Once product has been shipped and departed from our facility, all orders are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy below.


It is our goal at Reo-Smart to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise cost within 14 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping both ways to and back to Reo-Smart will also be at the customer's expense. Refunds may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected at our distribution center.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact us at 877.580.7899 to help you with the process.

Steps for Returning an Item or Order

1) Please contact us to initiate a return at 877.580.7899.

2) You will be given an RMA number which is necessary to process a return.

3) Please include the RMA # for proper processing when shipping a return to Reo-Smart.


Once received, orders are immediately processed during office hours. You may change or cancel any standard order before the shipment is processed. Your order cannot be modified after it has been processed.

As soon as the order is placed, we initiate our internal operation to process and ship out your order which ultimately results in you receiving the product of your choice. If we receive the cancellation request before the product has been shipped out, we will cancel the order at no cost to you. However, if we receive your request after the product has been shipped out and departed from our facility; refer to the return policy for details. This policy applies to reasons such as "Ordered Wrong Item", "Found Better Price", "No Reason Given", "Unwanted Item", "Unauthorized Purchase", "Misordered", etc.

Freight Claim:

Typical truck deliveries are door-to-door. All shipments are insured against damage en route. VERY IMPORTANT: You must report damaged cartons or merchandise immediately at (8 77) 580-7899 and note on delivery slip BEFORE trucker leaves. Please take photos and email to [email protected] If shipment is left then please contact them and state that there was damage. IF DAMAGE IS NOT STATED ON DELIVERY SLIP THEN AN INSURANCE CLAIM CANNOT BE MADE. PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKAGING FOR LATER INSPECTION—THIS IS CRUCIAL TO ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS. ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

No merchandise may be returned without written consent of Reo-Smart in the form of a return goods authorization and shipping instructions. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of goods in our warehouse. Any unauthorized shipments will be refused and returned at the owner ’s expense. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received.

WARRANTIES - Buy With Confidence

In all cases products are covered by limited manufacturer's warranties that warrant the products against defects in manufacturing, which means that if a product is not manufactured correctly and any part of it is proven to be defective then it will be repaired or replaced, depending on the stated conditions. Reo-Smart will facilitate troubleshooting and warranty support to the best of our means, and sometimes the manufacturer will provide this directly. Reo-Smart sell s high quality, fully supported products that will please for years to come and that can be purchased with complete confidence.

Product and Period of Warranty:

Reo-Smart Desks: 5 Years

Reo-Smart Chairs: 3 years

This warranty does not apply to:

· Damage caused by a carrier other than the Seller.

· Normal wear and tear or acts or omissions of parties other than Seller (including user modification).

· Third party materials applied to Products.

· Damage caused by failure to observe operating instructions and/or incorrect installations.

· Dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions.

· This warranty is voided if proper care, maintenance and installation instructions are not followed.


Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes will be determined by submission to arbitration as provided by California law, and not by a lawsuit or resort to court process except as state and federal law provides for judicial review of arbitration proceedings.
